PPP Loan requests that resulted in loans of less than $2 million will be deemed to have been certified by the applicant in good faith

In a May 13 update of its PPP FAQ (see FAQ 46), the SBA said that all recipients of PPP Loans of less than $2 million will be deemed by the SBA to “have made the required certification concerning the necessity of the loan request in good faith.”

Bishop Dietsche announced May 1 that the suspension of public worship in response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been extended to July 1. This decision was reached by the bishops of New York in consultation and coordination with the bishops of the Diocese of Long Island.

Public Worship Suspended in the Episcopal Diocese of New York Until May 17

Bishop Dietsche announced March 16 the immediate suspension of public worship in the Diocese of New York for eight weeks (up to May 17).

Diocesan Offices Closed

The physical offices of the Diocese of New York were closed beginning Monday March 16 and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. The Bishop’s staff are working from home and will respond to email inquiries in the normal way, and to telephone inquiries as quickly as possible.
